I really want to apologize for anyone new coming to this site. This show has all but officially podfaded. I have long-range plans to get it back up and running, but other priorities including family and another show takes priority right now.

Some of the shows may not play, others may eventually not work, etc. I am slowly doing a sweep of all of the files to clean up some of the information on them among other things. I would appreciate it if you did subscribe, but I understand the reason not to.

PodcasterNews moved to a new CDN (content delivery network) and the archives are in lala land. After the first of the year, I plan to go through everything and get it all back up-to-date. Looking For Feedback: Breathing Life Back Into New Music Today

I haven’t done anything with New Music Today since about May and I think it is time to breathe life back into it. I want to change things up a bit and want some feedback. In the past I did one song from the PMN and lets just say I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel some days to get a show out. The first change is the music will be from any podsafe network or website. Of course just music from today. The second is just streamline my process so I can hopefully spend less than 30 minutes creating and assembling the show. I still want to try to put it out every day but lets just say several times a week is more realistic (unless Podshow wants to pay me to do it )

What I am wondering from you is what type of format you would like to see.

A 7-minute (or so) show with one full song and a bunch of information about the artist, or
A 10-minute or under show with clips from several songs and just a bit about the artist. I am thinking 30 second or so clip.

I want to push this up to 160kbps which is what I push out Mike’s Hotdish at. Leave a comment and let me know what you think.
