About the PJ

Born and raised in Mankato, MN, Mike has lived there all of his 26 years. He grew up listening to mostly country, but grew to love pop and finally hard rock. In his high school years he mostly played music CDs in his car because the local stations sucked and the Minneapolis/St. Paul stations didn’t come in very well.

In October of 2003, Mike decided to get hitched and almost a year later having his first child. Now, Mike is a iSeries Programmer for a local corporation by day and blogger and podcaster by night. While he knows nothing about creating music or about the various styles of music, he does know what he likes to listen to. That is what he plays.
